Quote and sell

Price it in minutes. Let the customer say yes on their phone.

Set your rates once: by home size or by the hour, with multipliers for termite, rodent, exclusion or bed bug work and discounts for quarterly and monthly plans. Build a proposal with a one-time service, a recurring plan and add-ons, and send it. The customer approves the parts they want and the schedule fills itself in.

  • Photo and video estimates: snap photos or text the homeowner a link and they record a walkthrough, no app
  • Phone intake with pest call scripts, so anyone in the office can take a quote request
  • A public quote and booking page for new customers
  • Tiers, add-ons and multipliers at your own prices
The schedule on an iPhone: the day's visits by time with technician assignments and the job map.

Schedule and route

Quarterly plans that schedule themselves.

Put a customer on monthly, every 2 months, quarterly, every 6 months or yearly service and TerraVex keeps the calendar topped up. Move one visit or the whole series, pause a snowbird's plan, skip a holiday. Assign technicians or crews, put the day in route order, and send on-my-way texts as they go.

  • Day, week and month views with a job map
  • Several days and times per customer on one plan
  • Overflow visits offered to contractors by text, first to accept gets it
  • Everything follows your time zone

In the field

A technician app that keeps working in the crawlspace.

Check in, work the checklist, take before and after photos, note what you found, report a problem, finish the visit. All of it works with no signal and syncs when the phone finds one. Gate codes and must-read notes show up at the right moment and are logged.

  • Pest checklists: general service, WDO inspection, rodent exclusion, commercial
  • GPS check-in, timesheets and late check-in alerts to the office
  • Inventory on every truck: stations, traps, exclusion materials, PPE, with reorder alerts
  • Photos land in the customer's completion email and portal
The technician's Today screen on an iPhone: the morning's visits with Start buttons, a gate-code note to read before starting, and the clock-in bar.

The measured plan

Draw the property once. Every job after it is measured.

Sketch the footprint on graph paper, or describe it out loud and let TerraVex lay it out. Flip to a 3D dollhouse, take the roof off, X-ray the crawlspace. Pin findings where you found them. The plan then measures the treatment, in linear feet, drill holes, piers and stations, and prices it at your rates.

16 finding typesMud tubes, live termites, damage, moisture, mulch against the foundation, wood-to-soil contact and more, pinned in place by year.
Treatment from the planTrench feet, drill-and-treat holes at 12 in., interior crawlspace walls, piers, bait stations. It knows where a driveway covers a wall and whether the garage shares the slab.

Customers

Reminders, on-my-way texts and reviews, all automatic.

The day-before reminder, the on-my-way text, the "we're done" note with photos, the review request, the win-back message to a customer who has gone quiet. Written once, sent by TerraVex, from your company's number. Two-way texting lands in one inbox for the office.

  • A customer portal: visits, reports, proposals, invoices and service requests
  • Property preferences: pets on site, chemical sensitivities, areas to avoid, gate and dog notes
  • Many properties per customer, with access notes on each
  • Marketing texts only between 8 AM and 8 PM, customer's local time, with consent on record
The customer portal on an iPhone: the customer's plan and upcoming visits.
The customer's profile in the portal: property, pets on site, gate and access notes, pest control preferences.

Team and training

New hire paperwork in one link. Training with certificates.

Email a new technician one link. They enter their details, read and sign the handbook and your pesticide safety and label policy, and request a login. The office watches each step tick off. Then the Academy takes them through the New Technician Path with quizzes and a certificate at the end of each course.

  • Owner, office, accounting, lead technician and technician roles
  • Timesheets, PTO and time-off requests; payroll hours export
  • E-signatures for any document, including a pest service agreement template
  • Team messages to everyone or to one crew

Commercial accounts

From a starter home to a warehouse with two floors.

Draw multi-floor buildings and keep every site's history together. Bill a parent company for many locations, set net terms and purchase-order numbers, and keep a service report for the logbook on every visit.

Switching

Bring your customers and schedules with you.

Upload the export from PestPac, FieldRoutes, GorillaDesk, Briostack, ServSuite, Jobber or a spreadsheet. TerraVex matches the columns, sets up customers and properties, and works out each customer's plan, including quarterly and yearly service.

Your license, your label, your records.

TerraVex is software. It keeps your plans, findings and records organized and helps you price, schedule and bill the work. Your applicators' licenses, the product label and your state's rules stay in charge of how the work is done.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does TerraVex work in my state?

Yes. TerraVex is built for pest control companies across the United States. State-specific rules and reports are added state by state, starting with Florida and Texas, with a national baseline everywhere else.

Do you handle commercial accounts?

Yes. Multi-floor building plans, parent accounts with many locations, net terms and purchase-order numbers, and logbook service reports. Our first commercial companies are shaping the details with us.

What happens when my technician has no signal?

The technician app keeps working offline and syncs when the connection comes back. Plan edits made offline are saved and sent later without overwriting work done in the office.

Can I bring my data from my current software?

Yes. Upload the customer and appointment export from your current software or a spreadsheet, and TerraVex sets up customers, properties and recurring plans from it.

How do card payments work?

Customers pay into your own Stripe account, so you are the merchant and payouts go straight to you. Every fee is listed up front before you connect.

Is there an iPhone or Android app?

TerraVex installs to the home screen on any phone or tablet from the browser, with no app store, and works offline. Native apps come later.

When can we start?
